I found, decades ago, that if I can maintain my emotions and walk away without blowing up, karma will clean up the mess. I’ve even felt bad for some people as they smiled in my face with their actions on full display. Karma has gone after them relentlessly and appears to not let up.

Thanks! I needed to hear this! I do believe empaths can change narcisists, but since their ego doesn't allow us to see any positive results whether what we said ever helped them at least a little, it can be very disheartening to keep trying. We need to take breaks to recharge the energy they quickly drain.

I prayed that God would let me know if my son who has scizophrenia is okay. Today I got a text from a stranger in another state just letting me know that he was okay. 😱😂 She called me to tell me that my son was walking on the highway and she prayed for him, then she was led by God to go back and pick him up, and she told him that it was MEANT for them to cross paths, because her sister also has scizophrenia and was frustrated that no one understood why she had trust issues always feeling like everyone was against her, EXACTLY how my son feels. She got him to open up and finally trust talking to a stranger who understood him, and she told him that there are good people in the world who cares about him, and she gave him food and money. 🥰 She is an empath who thinks exactly like me and was sent by God to tell him everything I wanted to tell him. She drove my son for 2 hours and got the chance to tell him everything that he needed to hear to comfort him and build him up. She told him that he was the kindest person ever and his family must really miss a sweetheart like him and he should let us know he's okay. She told him that she has a personal relationship with Jesus and he said that his faith is what helps him get through this mental battle of scizophrenia. I thank God for using you to make videos as a confirmation tor everything that all empaths are going through. Thanks a million!

As Empaths, we have to know our, Narcs. Some can be very dangerous, and yes, we can be too if need be……but best to avoid aggression if you can avoid it, and once exposed, NEVER CALL THEM ON IT! NEVER LET ON THAT YOU KNOW WHO THEY ARE; and in my case, there was no amount of proof in which they would admit to being wrong, and to fight them on this is only playing right into their hands. You are just feeding them, and they are expert liars. Especially if they are older. It is a no win situation. NEVER INTENTIONALLY TRY TO SET THEM OFF. Run if you can and go dark. Be safe. Keep your family safe. And if you go NO CONTACT, never let them into your home. Don’t answer the door, and if you continue to see issues, call the police and get a Restraining Order. Let others handle the aggression. And for those that are married, or living with your Narc, things get a lot harder, and I feel for you, and for your children if you have any. If you ever feel that your life is in danger, go to another family member or friends home, have an escape plan, and again call the police.

I have all my life from being haunted as infant until i became a father age 23. 20yrs minimum followed it seemed. Or magnetic in a active area. 1066 Castle Town. 😢 I was terrorised in my bed almost every night. 96% of it was silly feelings and im sure that just... bed shakes ever so slightly whilst my chest starts to feel hollow. Im a child imagining a ghost trying to climb inside me. Like i could feel it probing me. 1st memory in my life is my bedroom laughing at me an echo laugh and the pictures on my wall changed. I was terrified of fire the cooker causing fire would scream if the cooker was on. But way too young to understand or remember that really its flashbacks only. Unlike the weirdest memory i have. Past life memory i always had and its not good. People just laugh thinking im joking or its funny. But the feelings i had was pure terror from the memory knowing im finished now thats it. Do or dont Xd...😢 I was a serving boy or something standing in the chambers of high born woman stunning. The chamber had pillars and wooden double doors. Doors ide keep one eye on terrified the gaurds coming. As this high born woman in a dress tells me again. Lie down on the floor and let her sit on my face. I didnt want to do it i know that. Pure fear at the idea. Im finished now either way. I knew it. As a 5yr old. It was a trip still is. She had a bronze golden paste all over her skin. When she stepped over my head and started to squat she was 💯 no mess at all. No bush at all. 😮 I couldnt wait to grow up and see this for myself. But i haven't found one like that one still. Damn. It was hovering around 10 inches from my face when NOTHING. Thats it. I remember that all right now better than i remember being 5. Ghost inside my child. That tv show made me believe it more it wasnt a movie or dream. As adult i learned they did shave all hair to combat lice and they did wear a paste for sun lotion. Things i had no idea about. Ide love to chat with archaeologist who would know the chamber rooms general layout like the Double doors i know i saw. The whire nice pillars in the room i dont remember a bed though just the doors that side and the woman infront of me. Pillars around. Lie down boy 😢 Again did they do that to serving boys often? Either way i was ready to meet my maker by age 7 😂 Age 8 i had my biggest experience dragged down my bed. Ripped fast off my pillow down the bed then stopped with my toes gently pressed against the footboard. In a blink. Even that age i thought it didn't want me hurt did it. Right on the edge of pain. I went rock stiff locked every bone and started screaming a word i never used before. DAD!!! Not my house a foster place and they put us in a room downstairs whilst they had teenagers. Seems weird youd put the run away risk kids next to the front door. Unless the teens know that room aint for them i think. So laying there screaming watching the narrow band of light on the ceiling it hadnt changed at all. The adults came put a hand on me unfroze me. I flew off that top bunk and dropped to the floor look under the bottom bunk knowing nothing touched me. I only felt the cover swoosh as i dart throigh them. Nothing grabbed my ankles though. Nothing under there. 😮 I woke my 5yr old brother he was crying no idea whats wrong but if im screaming then he knows something wrong. He was not tall or strong enough to stand on the bar and reach my ankles and he would sleep like a baby. Not me tho ide lie there 4hrs easy hoping nothing happens tonight. Age 37 i still cannot put my head under water in the bath unless i brace myself ready to fight like that would help lol. But looking back i was never hurt or made to think it wants to hurt me. One wanted to help me im certain. It would nudge me awake all the time. Make sure im still beeathing i think. Age 19 ide be smashed drunk high all sorts and wake up gasping sometimes. But way too often ide fall to sleep and instantly be nudged. Eyes open im still rocking skightly from the action. My freind had died in that building too of not breathing when smashed. Found face down on his sofa. 😢 But the time scale was way too close for my liking. Then it showed itself to me. It wanted me to see it. Waited for a night i had freind staying over too. Like more comfort for me thats what i felt. Lying there in the dark trying to sleep as always and i hear a little thud sound. Friends phone just fell 1inch? I rolled over to look.. Then i screached out OMFG!!! Slammed my face into my pillow like a child lol. It felt so wrong seeing it. Fear but not fear of safty. It was real fear of the moment you get caught doing something bad. Thats the wrongness fear feeling it gave me. Never showed itself again lol. Not to me. A year later my GF saw it. Other side of the bed again standing over me but i was asleep. She said she crapped it and buried her head into my back. It wasnt a person looking thing either. It was just a Green illuminated column of haze/fog like the northern lights greens huing and fading. Brightest in the centre it was man sized pillar of foggy green hues. My GF described the same. Then we had a baby whilst pregnant things started to happen all the time. To everyone in the house. They all got stories mum too. She finally admit she knows im haunted but what could she say? I told her age 15 scared. I went down stairs and told her my bed is shaking and i have weird hollow feeling chest. She told me Son... Stop playing with yourself then. Your bed wont shake 😢 The very last thing to happen to me was hearing my own voice in one ear demanding i "get tF up now youre going" I jumped up arguing dont you F talk to me like that. Then i stopped thinking eh.. argued with it like its my brother. I was ill wanted to skip the scan pic. It didnt let me. Baby was born and my hairs have not even stood on end since. Not one feeling of it. I skipped aged 17 old hag stuff that was the scariest part of my life. I thought it was a ghost. Not anymore though. Not after my dreams started later and i think i saw their world. They touched me i found them in dreams later. Or they started pulling me in. We'll get there. So 13yrs now no hauntings. My eldest a teenager not that made any difference for me. Age 8 was scariest. It can hurt me. I learned. I prayed to jesus and all his warrior angels no jokes. Arch angel Micheal ide beg him come stand next to my bed mate. Hearing low knocks or snoring from my brothers bed knowing its coming. My brother isnt here its not him snoring. Ive always had vivid dreams been able to revisit dreams. Either same night or different nights part 2 of that dream. Dreams that last for days. I have normal dreams i know are nothing there normal dreams NPCs. Even when im lucid dreaming i know more its just NPCs but im not certain on that. Try manipulate those NPCs see how they act out 😢 i wont again. Then i have dreams that stick to me. Felt way more than a dream. Mostly silly stuff too. Lots of dejavu stuff. Warnings definitely but im too slow or trusting to believe myself over others. Who my dreams say are going against me right now. Then later i find out they we're. My step dad died young and for 6wks after his death he vistied me in 3 dreams over the 6wks. I was in night club std dream movie bs. I dont even go to clubs silly dream im dancing though. Everybody is. Then i see my step dad just watching me from across the room. The one person not moving. It woke me up instantly. The dream started morphing around us tunnel vision on him the room fading out to black me and step dad get closer without moving and then the park appeared around us. With a park bench between us. Im crying for him now so sorry he died age 47 i wasn't even around either. Step dad since age 3 the best driver our town had. Vs police 😉 He wasnt a bad guy he just liked driving cars like a kid would if he could. But with a back seat full of kids too. Excited asF rolling around the bsck seat watching the blue lights come or go. Even if they did stop him they'd let him go with producer. He gave fake name for. He also sold weed. His funeral was ram packed full. I couldnt believe it. There was just as many standing crowded at the back as there was people sat in the rows. Around 80-100 pepple easy turned up it was amazing to see that. But im crying you died im so sorry i wasnt there etc. He was Flippant asF saying... and? So what. F it..
